Wedding Pricing Guide

Thank you for being here. Before we get to numbers, a little about how I work.

I photograph quietly. Nothing staged, nothing forced. I'll mostly be in the background, letting the day happen as it was always going to.

Every wedding is shaped a little differently, so rather than one fixed package, my pricing is built around how much of your day you'd like remembered. Everything below is a starting point.

Do tell me your date and a little about your plans, and I'll put together something that properly fits.

My most booked package

  • Up to 12 hours of continuous coverage on your main wedding day

  • A private online gallery, downloadable, no watermarks

For couples who want the whole day, from the first cup of tea to a dance floor in full swing. A second photographer means two sides of the room at once: both of you getting ready, the ceremony from the aisle and from the front, and the guests you'd otherwise never see yourselves.

FAQs

What's my approach?

Observe. Anticipate. Photograph. You'll rarely know where I am, because I'm watching the moments unfold around me rather than arranging them. A grandmother's face during the vows, your father's hand on your shoulder before you walk in, the three seconds after a speech lands. Those happen once and can't be staged again.

Portraits are the one exception. We'll take a short walk together, twenty minutes at most, guided gently rather than posed. It's usually the only quiet pause you'll get all day, and couples often tell me it was one of their favourite parts.

What's included?

Every booking, whatever its length, includes:

  • Mark as your lead photographer
  • Unlimited pre-wedding consultations
  • Full documentary coverage across every day you book
  • Professionally edited, high resolution images, with no limit on how many are worth keeping
  • One private online gallery covering your whole celebration, downloadable, no watermarks
  • A print release, so you can print whatever you like

When will I get my photographs?

A set of preview images within four or five days, so you have something to share while the day still feels close. Your full gallery follows within 8 weeks. If your celebration runs across several days, everything arrives together as one gallery.

How do we book?

We'll have a relaxed conversation first, no pressure either way. If it feels right on both sides, I'll send over a contract along with my bank details. A 50% booking fee secures your dates, and the balance is due closer to the wedding. I take on a limited number of weddings each year, so dates go to whoever confirms first.

Cost of Travel

Travel within the UK is included, along with one night's accommodation. For multi-day celebrations, I'd request to cover the additional nights. Weddings outside the UK and destination celebrations are quoted individually.

Add ons

Extra hour | £150

For when the day runs longer than planned, or you'd like me to stay through to the end of the dancing. Added at any point, before the wedding or on the day itself.

Second photographer | £400 per day

Worth considering for 200+ guests, or when two families are getting ready in two different places at the same time. I only work with photographers I know and trust.

Printed album | from £400

A lay-flat album, leather or vegan leather cover. I design it, you approve it. Replica copies for family are available at a reduced price.
