I've spent more than 17 years photographing weddings the way they actually happen - not posed, not staged. Most couples tell me that by the end of the day, they'd forgotten I was even there.
I grew up in Bangalore and now call Newcastle home, though London and India are never far away; I'm regularly back and forth between the two, and I'm not tied to one place. Before photography, I spent years on stage as a singer, actor and event host, and that still shapes how I work today: comfortable in a room full of strangers, quietly present without ever taking over the space. I'm drawn to weddings that blend cultures and traditions because I've lived that blend myself. Outside weddings, you'll find me painting, singing away at open mic nights or gushing over my wee boy, Zach
I don't believe weddings should feel like a photoshoot. We'll take portraits together, and I'll guide you when it helps, but most of what you'll treasure happens in between: a proud smile, a laugh during the speeches, an embrace after years apart. My job is to quietly notice those moments, not create them. I'm drawn to weddings that blend cultures and traditions, because I've lived that blend myself. I grew up in Bengaluru, call Newcastle home, and I'm regularly work in London and India.
Only a handful of photographs ever become truly priceless: the ones that remind us of a person, a feeling, a moment we thought we'd forgotten. That's why I photograph weddings. Not because I love cameras, but because I love people, and the stories that bring them together. Before photography, I spent years on stage as a singer, actor and event host, comfortable in a room full of strangers, present without ever taking over the space. That's still how I work a wedding. Outside weddings, you'll find me painting, singing at open mic nights, or gushing over my wee boy, Zach.
Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a multi-day wedding, I'd love to hear what you're dreaming up and how I can help.
Photographing weddings across the UK, India and wherever your story takes us.
